A free e-course is offered through the SELFIE project (http://selfie-project.eu/) that is of great interest to school counsellors and career guidance providers, both in the public and in the private sector, with online material and fresh ideas as to the use of new media and student-centered techniques in the provision of career guidance to students aged 12-18 and to recent graduates. The e-course offers practical ideas for school counsellors, private counsellors, secondary education teachers, and anyone in the field of career orientation and secondary education. The material can also be used for self-guidance by the youth themselves. The material is available for free both in English and in Greek, and a certificate of completion is provided upon completing the e-course.

In order to register for the course, please complete the following steps:

1.      Go to: selfie-project.eu/elearning/

2.      Click on “Create new account” (bottom right of the page) and follow the simple registration steps.

3.      Complete your registration through the email that will be sent to you (please check your Spam/Junk folder for the email if you do not receive it in your Inbox).

4.      Log in back to the site with your credentials.

5.      Select the course “SELFIE Teacher Induction_Cyprus” and then either select to take the course in English or in Greek.

6.      The Enrolment key that you will be asked to enter is: SELFIE_Cyprus
