The key note speech is part of the Seminar organised by Cyprus Youth DiplomaCY entitled “Basic Rules and Principles of the Law of the Sea”. The second part of the seminar will follow at 18:00 and will be held in Greek language .

The seminar is supported by International Law Association-Cypriot Branch, Cyprus Youth Council, James Foundation and Youth Board of Cyprus.
