One Young World’s first Summit in Latin America will begin on 4 October with a spectacular Opening Ceremony in Bogotá addressed by the Colombian President and Nobel Peace Prize winner Juan Manuel Santos.
The Ceremony, which will take place at the Simon Bolívar Plaza in the centre of the Colombian capital, will also be attended by the former United Nations Secretary-General Kofi Annan, 2011 Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Tawakkol Karman and social entrepreneur Professor Muhammad Yunus, founder of the Grameen Bank, among others.
